Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the LimenRX application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app. LimenRX is operated by SJI Digital Ltd, a New Zealand registered company.

Eligibility

LimenRX is a fitness training application available to anyone aged 18 years or older. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. LimenRX is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Consult a qualified health professional before beginning any exercise programme.

Accounts and Subscriptions

• Account Creation: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
• Free Tier: LimenRX offers a free tier with genuine functionality. No credit card is required to create an account or access free features.
• Premium Subscriptions — App Store: Premium subscriptions purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play are charged at confirmation of purchase and automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled in accordance with Apple or Google policies — we do not process refunds directly.
• Premium Subscriptions — Direct (Stripe): Premium subscriptions purchased directly via this website are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected). You may cancel at any time through the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds for direct subscriptions are assessed on a case-by-case basis — contact us at apps@sjidigital.co.nz.
• Cancellations: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings (for App Store/Google Play subscriptions) or through the Stripe customer portal (for direct subscriptions).

LimenRX is a fitness training tool. It does not constitute medical advice and is not a substitute for professional medical or health guidance. Training programmes, readiness assessments, injury protocols, and nutritional guidance within LimenRX are general in nature and may not be appropriate for all individuals.

The HRV readiness system, injury protocol, and Female Physiology Layer are training guides only. They do not replace professional medical assessment. If you are pregnant, injured, recovering from illness, or have any medical condition, consult a qualified health professional before using LimenRX's training features.

The AI Form Coach provides general technique feedback based on visual analysis. It is not a substitute for in-person coaching by a qualified trainer. SJI Digital Ltd accepts no liability for injuries sustained while following LimenRX training programmes or guidance.

User Conduct

You agree to use LimenRX only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the application;
• Use the service to harass, harm, or interfere with other users;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or its infrastructure;
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the application;
• Misrepresent your identity or provide false information during account creation.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality within LimenRX — including but not limited to the training engine, algorithms, UI design, branding, and documentation — are owned by SJI Digital Ltd or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the app without our express written permission.

You retain ownership of any personal data you enter into LimenRX. By using the app, you grant SJI Digital Ltd a limited licence to process that data solely for the purpose of providing the service as described in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, SJI Digital Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of LimenRX, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, loss of data, or loss of revenue.

LimenRX is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of any content or feature within the app.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to the service or its users. You may also delete your account at any time — see our Delete Account page for full details. Termination of your account does not entitle you to a refund of any prepaid subscription fees.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or by email. Continued use of LimenRX after notification of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of LimenRX will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
