How do I restore my Premium subscription after reinstalling?
Open LimenRX, navigate to Settings, and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed into the same Apple or Google account you used when you originally subscribed.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
If you subscribed via App Store (iPhone/iPad):
- Open the Settings app on your device.
- Tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Select LimenRX and choose your preferred option.
If you subscribed via Google Play:
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap your profile icon in the top right.
- Tap Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Select LimenRX and choose your preferred option.
If you subscribed directly via Stripe:
Use the Stripe customer portal link sent to your email at signup. You can also email apps@sjidigital.co.nz and we will send you a portal link.
What is the difference between subscribing via the app versus via the website?
The functionality is identical — same app, same features, same Premium access. Subscribing directly via this website is simply cheaper: we can offer you the same subscription at a lower price when billed direct through Stripe. Manage or cancel anytime via the Stripe customer portal.
What coaches are included with Premium?
Premium unlocks four coaching layers. The Strength Voice Coach and Run Voice Coach deliver hands-free cues through every set or interval, with five ElevenLabs voices to choose from. The Guided Mobility Coach runs 30-minute voice-led mobility sessions — pick a focus area, pick a voice, and work through it hands-free. The AI Form Coach reviews short videos of your lifts and returns structured feedback with safety flags. Free users get 12 lifetime Form Coach assessments; Premium users get 3 per day.
What is the Adaptive Fasting Layer?
The Adaptive Fasting Layer tracks your fasting state in real time across four phases — Deep, Protected, Fueled, and Feeding — and aligns session scheduling with your window. When an important session falls at the wrong fasting state, the engine surfaces a strategic intervention: a small, specific fuelling suggestion that protects the workout without derailing the protocol. It's a Premium feature and can be toggled off at any time.
What HRV apps does LimenRX support?
LimenRX imports HRV via screenshot — you screenshot your HRV reading from any app and LimenRX uses AI to extract the value. This means any app that displays an HRV number works: Garmin Connect, Whoop, Oura, HRV4Training, Apple Health, Polar, COROS, and others. The free tier includes 14 HRV imports. Premium unlocks unlimited imports.
What is the Cooper Test and how do I run it?
The Cooper Test is a 12-minute maximal running effort used to estimate VO₂ Max. Run as far as you can in exactly 12 minutes on a flat surface (a track is ideal). LimenRX calculates your VO₂ Max from the distance covered. You need at least 72 hours' recovery before or after a strength assessment. The app guides you through the full protocol at setup.
Why does the app require both a strength and aerobic assessment?
LimenRX is built on dual benchmarking — the principle that strength and aerobic capacity are equal pillars of athletic performance. Tier advancement requires both scores to meet the required threshold. You cannot run your way to Apex. Both domains are tracked, programmed, and progressed with the same scientific rigour.
How does the Female Physiology Layer work?
The Female Physiology Layer is an opt-in feature available free to all users. It adapts your training based on your menstrual cycle phase: flagging the follicular phase as optimal for high-intensity work and testing, applying conservative plyometric defaults during the luteal phase, adding iron reminders during menstruation, and gating assessments in the late luteal phase (with manual override available). For perimenopausal athletes, the HRV readiness gate is applied before assessments and recommended spacing is extended. All cycle data stays on our servers and is never shared.
What happens if I am injured?
Premium users have access to the Injury Protocol. Describe your injury in plain text or photograph your discharge sheet — the AI parses your restrictions into training constraints. The planning engine modifies sessions accordingly and manages a graduated 2-week return-to-full-programming protocol. The Injury Protocol is a training tool only and does not replace professional medical advice.
What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?
Your data remains in your account if you cancel Premium — you retain access to your full training history. Your account reverts to the free tier and Premium features are no longer available. How do I delete my account?
