Delete your account
You can delete your LimenRX account and all associated data at any time, either directly from within the app or by contacting us via email.
Before you delete: We recommend exporting your training history and assessment data from within the app before proceeding. Deleted accounts cannot be recovered.

Delete in the app
The fastest method — your account and non-retained data are removed immediately.
- 1 Open LimenRX on your device
- 2 Tap Settings
- 3 Tap Account → Delete Account
- 4 Confirm the deletion — this takes effect immediately
Request deletion by email
If you no longer have access to the app, email us and we'll process the deletion within 7 days.

- 2 Include the email address linked to your LimenRX account
- 3 We'll confirm deletion within 7 days
What gets deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed from our servers:
- Your account profile and email address
- All logged training sessions and session notes
- All assessment results (Cooper Test, Composite Strength Scores, VO₂ Max history)
- HRV readings and readiness history
- Female Physiology Layer data and cycle preferences
- Event registration and periodization arc data
- Injury protocol records and constraint history
- Form Coach assessment history
- Bio-stack preferences and breathwork settings
- Account credentials and authentication tokens
- Subscription records and tier progression history
- Notification preferences and customisation settings
This action is permanent. Deleted accounts and data cannot be recovered. If you have an active Premium subscription, cancel it in the App Store, Google Play, or Stripe portal before deleting your account to avoid future charges.
