Introduction

Welcome to LimenRX. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and safeguard your personal information when you use the LimenRX mobile application and associated web services. LimenRX is operated by SJI Digital Ltd, a New Zealand registered company.

We comply with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 and handle all personal information in accordance with its principles.

Information We Collect

• Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and password. You may optionally provide your name and relevant physical data (body weight, height) to enable personalised training calculations.
• Training Data: We store the training sessions you log, including session type, exercises, sets, reps, loads, duration, and your notes. This is the core purpose of the app and is required for progressive overload tracking and tier progression.
• Assessment Data: We store your benchmark assessment results (Cooper Test distance, VO₂ Max estimates, Composite Strength Scores) along with timestamps. Assessment data forms the basis of your ranking tier and training arc.
• HRV & Readiness Data: We store HRV values you import (via screenshot or manual entry) and the readiness scores calculated from them. This data drives session modifications and is retained as part of your training history.
• Female Physiology Data (Optional): If you opt into the Female Physiology Layer, we may store cycle phase tracking data and any related preferences you configure. This data is never shared with third parties and is used solely to adapt your training programme.
• Camera & Photo Access: The Form Coach feature accesses your camera and photo library to capture movement videos and import HRV screenshots. Video files processed by the Form Coach are analysed and then deleted — they are not stored on our servers.
• Subscription & Billing — App Store: Payment is processed by Apple or Google. We do not store or have access to your payment card details. We receive only confirmation of your subscription status.
• Subscription & Billing — Stripe (Direct): If you subscribe directly via this website, your payment is processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation of your subscription status and your Stripe customer ID. We do not store full card numbers. Stripe's privacy policy applies to data processed through their platform: stripe.com/privacy.
• Device & Usage Data: We collect standard diagnostic data, crash logs, and usage analytics to improve app performance and reliability.

How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account and subscription;
• To provide personalised training programming, tier progression, and readiness-driven session modifications;
• To run the planning engine, including equipment substitution, periodization arcs, injury protocol constraints, and Female Physiology Layer adaptations;
• To process AI Form Coach analysis via Claude Vision (movement videos are analysed and not retained);
• To send in-app notifications about your training schedule, readiness, and recovery;
• To provide customer support and communicate service updates;
• To analyse app performance, resolve technical issues, and improve the product;
• To fulfil direct subscription billing through Stripe.

Disclosure of Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may disclose your information only:

• To service providers who assist us in operating the app (such as cloud hosting via Supabase, AI processing via Anthropic's Claude API for Form Coach, and payment processing via Stripe), under confidentiality obligations;
• If required by law, court order, or regulatory authority;
• In the event of a business transfer, merger, or acquisition, where data protection obligations will be maintained.

We do not share your training data, health data, or cycle data with any third party except as strictly necessary to provide the services described above.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored using Supabase infrastructure with industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. All session and assessment records include immutable timestamps.

Training data, assessment records, and account data are retained for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, data is permanently removed from our servers within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. See our Delete Account page for details.

While we take strong measures to protect your information, no digital storage system is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your LimenRX account.

Camera and Photo Library Use

LimenRX requests camera access for the Form Coach feature, which allows you to record short movement videos for AI technique analysis. LimenRX requests photo library access to import HRV screenshots from third-party apps.

Movement videos captured via Form Coach are transmitted to Anthropic's Claude Vision API for analysis and are not stored on our servers after processing. HRV screenshots are processed locally on your device and only the extracted HRV value is stored — the image itself is not retained.

Your Rights

Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you;
• Request corrections to inaccurate information;
• Request deletion of your account and associated data — see our Delete Account page;
• Lodge a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner (New Zealand).

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or by email. Continued use of LimenRX after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
